INSTRUCTORS:

Helene Segura, M.A., is the author of two Amazon best-selling books including The Inefficiency Assassin: Time Management Tactics for Working Smarter, Not Longer. She's a productivity and time management coach who delivers trainings and keynotes across the country. She holds an M.A. from University of Texas – San Antonio in educational leadership with a focus on behavior change and behavior management. She is a past president of the International Board of Certification for Professional Organizers and has been the featured organizational expert in more than 150 media interviews including in US News and World Report and Money Magazine and on Fox, ABC, CBS, and NBC.

Joe Serio, Ph.D., is the author of Time Management: 50 Lessons on Finding Time for What’s Important and seven other books in the Get the Nerve™ book series. Joe holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice with a specialty in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from Sam Houston State University. He's a keynote speaker on leadership, productivity, and communication at association conferences and works closely with Texas Municipal League in bringing trainings to municipal governments across the state. Formerly, Joe was the only American to work in the Organized Crime Control Department of the Soviet national police and was the director of the Moscow office of the world’s leading corporate investigation and business intelligence firm.

SCHEDULE:

  • Day 1: Arrive at the Mayan Ranch between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. and sign in. There will be a welcome reception from 4-6 p.m. Dinner begins at 7 p.m.
  • Day 2: Breakfast is from 7:30-8:30 a.m. Classes will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a break for lunch in between. Refreshments are from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Dinner begins at 7 p.m.
  • Day 3: Breakfast is from 7:30-8:30 a.m. Classes will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a break for lunch and optional horseback riding in between. Refreshments are from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Dinner begins at 7 p.m.
  • Day 4: Breakfast is from 7:30-8:30 a.m. Classes will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a break for lunch in between. Refreshments are from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Dinner begins at 7 p.m.
  • Day 5: Breakfast is from 7:30-8:30 a.m. Classes will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Lunch is from 12-1 p.m.; participants are not required to stay for lunch.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellations must be made three weeks prior to the date the retreat begins. We cannot guarantee a full refund, as our abilities to hold these retreats are dependent on having a minimum number of participants attend. We will review all cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and do our best to work with you.
